Training is built on regaining and increasing body control, foundational functional movement patterns, progressive overload, and conditioning techniques to help build the body’s engine and armor. Class programming is regressed or progressed in order to meet the needs of members. Each and every member is a distinct individual with unique goals, differing ailments, and varying fitness levels.
Community is a word used by almost every gym these days. Everybody’s got community.
