At Feel Good Fitness Club the mission is to help people move pain free inside and outside of the gym. This will be accomplished by enhancing movement patterns, building confidence, increasing knowledge, and maintaining results. “Feel Good Fitness Club” is exactly what it sounds like. When people train with me I want them to feel good when they leave the gym. I want to help my clients find empowerment through strength, results, non scale victories and more.

I was super nervous about getting back into the gym after gaining some weight and just not feeling like myself. I had lost all my confidence, but Aaliyah helped me find it again. She’s kind, real, and consistent, it made a huge difference. Her small group sessions were perfect for easing back in, and the environment is always welcoming, never intimidating. She’s also genuinely funny, which makes the workouts feel actually enjoyable. I’m really grateful for her and the positive energy she brings every time!
