8 months agoBest gym you could sign up at. Family owned and operated, everyone at this gym has goals and works hard, which only fuels inspiration and discipline. Clean facilities, multiples of equipment throughout the gym and a room that has all of your powerlifting/strong man/olympic lifting necessities. Daycare is amazing with caring staff members who remember your kids name and play with them. I'm a very anxious mom and the daycare at this gym was the first time I felt comfortable enough leaving my son. They are constantly maintaining everything throughout the gym. When something is out of order, I rarely see the sign last for 24 hours. They are quick with repairs.

a month agoThis is a true gym in every sense of the word "gym." Lots of equipment, great people, and legends go to this gym as well! I like how the members are friendly, but at the same time very serious about working out. They are not there to waste time and that's what I was getting very tired of at the other gyms. The owner is very friendly and awesome as well. Thank you Fitness 1! I'm so happy and proud to be part of your fitness family.

7 months agoThe owner Chad as been nothing but amazing , the facility is nice and inviting . We had our kids in the kids care for about a year , they have loved it. Fitness one is family orientated, Chad is an amazing owner , equipment is great, and they even have posing room ( check the class times ) it was a great gym, the owner was amazing, will definitely come back

4 months agoThis gym isn’t like the rest, when you are here there’s no judgment at all. The staff are always so nice and helpful! Most of the group classes are free & have the best instructors! I cannot forget to mention the kids area keeps my kids wanting to come back everyday to “workout”. Fitness 1 is 100% worth the investment in yourself!

3 months agoA legit bodybuilding and powerlifting gym, with everything needed to hit your goals. No absurd dress codes or rules about grunting - just hard core folks putting in the work. At the same time, the atmosphere is very welcoming; no need to feel intimidated here. I'm just a puny little natty, but I always come here when I'm in town for the vibes.
