Me and my husband came here for our anniversary date and it was exactly what we needed! From the moment we walked in, the man at the front made us feel welcome and explained everything so clearly. We tried the private infrared sauna session and loved having that peaceful time together. We also tried the cold plunge,It was definitely a challenge but I’m super happy we did it! Will be going back for more date nights 🤍

Pure Sweat Spa has been the best thing I’ve done for my health and well being. I was struggling with mold toxicity, extreme fatigue, low energy, and mild depression. The results I have experienced are undeniable. Consistent sauna treatments and cold plunge have made me feel so much better. I am in a much better place mentally and physically. The staff here are great, very warm, caring and interested in your well being. Recently, the spa added a massage therapist, very professional and a great addition to the many services provided. This place is AMAZING! Dale and Maddie are so friendly and helpful and make sure my every need is met while I sweat out all my sins. The sauna box is my favorite, I feel so much better after I have spent some time in there and by going more frequently, the chronic pain I have been dealing with is lessened significantly! I really love it here, I’m so grateful for the accessibility of this service!

Great customer service, great equipment, clean facilities. Always a pleasure to treat myself and come do a sauna. The only place where time slows down…from waiting for your sauna session to complete! On long sessions, those last 10 minutes can be tough - remember to take a 5 min break out of the sauna room if you need it. Enjoy sweating out the bad stuff and get the hot-temp immunity boosting!
