Pretty Little Winks – Eyelash Extensions

I came here three days ago and paid $120 dollars for a classic lash set. By the third day it looked like I only had a few lashes left which shows the work was not done correctly. When I called they told me to come in and that they would help me. I drove all the way from work and dealt with traffic just to get there. Once I arrived the tech offered me a “free 15 minute fix.” That is not a free favor. It is the least they should do when the service was not done properly in the first place. I explained that I had already paid full price for the set and they needed to make it right. Instead of providing a solution the lash tech said she didnt have more time to fix it as she was done for the day. The front desk girl said she would call someone but never came back to me or offered me a solution. Nobody apologized and nobody tried to find a fair resolution so I left with nothing fixed as I didnt wanna waste more of my time. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor work, no accountability, and zero customer service. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time money and lashes go somewhere else.

I’ve gone to Katie for years now and I will never go to a different lash artist. She is thorough and always ensures an amazing final result. I get compliments on my lashes regularly and I love the style that she curated just for me and my face/ eye shape.

I’ve been going to Isabella for my lashes for over a year, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found her! She’s not only incredibly friendly but also super precise—my lashes always turn out perfect. She has a way of making the appointment fly by with her great energy and professionalism. The entire team at this lash place is so nice and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for flawless lashes and amazing service!

10/10 service, would highly recommend. This location is very welcoming, and comforting. Taylor was very sweet to make sure I had water while I was waiting and actively taken care of. Isabella did my lashes, PERFECT. Throughout the entire experience she asked if I was comfortable, and ensured my eyes weren’t burning while allowing me to use the fan. This is the best lash location I have ever been to, and I can’t wait to go back!! As a whole, every employee was giving extraordinary customer service. :)

More than happy to leave this 5 Star ⭐️ Rating! Marisa is great! Today was my 3rd visit to her for my lashes. I have never had better retention with any other last tech. The salon is so clean and absolutely adorable, not to mention the great playlist. Completely relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a self care date. I strongly suggest Pretty Little Winks for anyone looking for a great lash tech and great overall experience!
