I was referred by a friend to this location and let me tell you hands down the best facials I have received. Serena dos such a good job going over what your skin needs and recommendations. This is my second facial with her and already set up for the 3rd one. When you walk into touch and glow you feel the relaxation right away. Very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Will recommend 100% to friends and family.

Leo and Staff are always so welcoming and attentive. The lobby is warm and inviting with low lighting and soft music to really set the tone. Rooms are clean and fresh. Leo truly listens to my needs and inserts in knowledgeable advice of services. Light handed and will periodically check in with me to insure I'm comfortable throughout my service. I have been coming to T&G for several years and each time; I've left with consistent results (depending on what treatment I received will determine after care) Thank you Leo and Team for taking such good care of me and supporting my needs each visit!

Serena always customizes treatments based on what my skin needs and genuinely cares about my skin goals. She’s attentive, honest about what your skin can handle, and never pushes anything that isn’t right for you. Her level of care and expertise makes every appointment feel like it’s designed just for you. My personal favorite is the DiamondGlow facial—a bit of an investment, but 100% worth it. My skin is always brighter, more even, hydrated, and my acne scars and pores have noticeably improved. Serena also takes the time to explain aftercare thoroughly so you leave feeling confident, not confused. Sarah, who I always see at the front, greets me by name and is consistently so kind, professional, and ready to help with anything. I believe she offers services of her own as well, and if I ever need anything outside of my usual facials, she would absolutely be my go-to. Based on how positive and respectful both Serena and Sara have always been, I have no doubt that her services would reflect the same high standard and leave me just as satisfied. The spa itself is clean, peaceful, and filled with high-quality, medical-grade products at a range of price points. If you’re unsure about booking—go for it. I’ve been here a multiple times for different services now including botox, facial, and lash lifts. After today I won’t be returning. For a place that takes deposits for EVERYTHING, there has been miscommunication 3 times since I’ve been coming here. Not getting the injector I booked with, same for the lash lift. I kept thinking to myself it wasn’t a big deal. I was recently sold on getting a side by side facial with my mom for my upcoming wedding. It turns out that wasn’t the case… Miscommunication again but deposit was paid just like every other time and we were literally already there for our appointment. The actual facial I received was not only messy, it was NOT relaxing at all. It felt rushed and uncomfortable. Very disappointed as I let them know this was for a special occasion and I was trusting them to do these services for my mom and I. I even switched my appointment from a different medspa I tried and LOVED for what felt like back to back let downs. These types of services are supposed to be relaxing and are not cheap. I honestly feel so much regret choosing them as my service provider for my special day. I truly care about building a good relationship with the services providers I choose to return to and I gave this place way too much credit by returning as many times as I did.
